Events

The Cromwell Suite is our largest event room and can cater for up to 170 guests for a sit down meal or for up to 220 guests for a reception.

We also have three private dining rooms which are ideal for family celebrations, retirement dinners, networking events and company dinners.

The Cygnet Room can cater for up to 50 guests.

The Pen Room can cater for up to 20 guests.

The Cob Room can cater for up to 14 guests.

The Greeting: Each conference organiser will be met on arrival, shown to their room and the Conference Assistant will go through the day's arrangements. We understand that even on the actual day timings or lunch arrangements may need to change.

The Room: All of our purpose built conference rooms will be set with wooden top tables, sweets, stationary, mineral water and pre ordered equipment. All rooms have natural daylight, air-conditioning and controlled lighting in our larger rooms.

The Breakout: We offer the usual tea and coffee which is served with biscuits and cakes, speciality fruit teas are also available.

The Lunch: With various options available we are flexible to our clients requirements, whether it be a two course buffet lunch in the Restaurant or a conference buffet lunch in or adjacent to the meeting room.

The Staff: From your initial enquiry through to the end of your conference, you will be looked after by our expert staff. It is also our guarantee that you will be called three days after your event for any feedback you may have on your event.

Meeting rooms can be booked on a day delegate rate, 24 hour delegate rate, 1/2 day delegate rate or a room hire basis only.
